I'm Desiree. I help service business founders build operations that actually work—for them, for their team, and for how they actually think. I believe structure should feel like relief, not restriction. And I've spent the last 7+ years proving that's possible.
I didn't become an operations person because I loved spreadsheets. I became one because I kept seeing the same pattern: talented people drowning in chaos that didn't need to exist.
I spent years inside fast-growing businesses—managing teams, building systems from scratch, scaling programs that had outgrown their infrastructure. I was often the one holding things together with duct tape and willpower while trying to build something sustainable underneath.
What I learned in that chaos: most systems fail because they're designed for how someone should work, not how they actually do. People aren't problems to solve. They're the starting point.
I started Colibrí Consulting because I wanted to do this work differently—beginning with the human reality of a business, not ending with it as an afterthought.
